Massage: Which massage is for me?
There are a variety of different types of massage and bodywork to choose
from and they all acheive different results.
If you have:
back pain
tight Shoulders
a nagging muscular pain that is just wearing you down
a job where you do a lot of driving
a job where you find yourself hunched in front of the computer for long periods of time
a physically active job, like plumbing, plastering, building or gardening
a profession like dentistry where your sitting position can put a strain on your back
built up a lot of tension in your shoulders until they feel rock solid and
are creeping up towards your ears
headaches and migraines due to tension in your neck and shoulders
if you:
have been throwing a ball for the dog over the weekend and you can't move your arm now without pain (or similar)
regularly lift heavy items at work and now you feel as if you have trapped a nerve in your back, it’s so
painful its stopping you from sleeping
have been trying to manoeuvre a caravan at the weekend and it’s now uncomfortable to sit or stand

If you have:
pulled a muscle during a sport
