Hot Stones Massage / Stone Therapy Massage

Stone therapy is a luxurious treatment using heated volcanic basalt stones and marble stones to both massage and to place on and under the body. The heat and incredible energy of the stones together with the gentle massage are ideal for melting away tension, rebalancing and bringing deep relaxation.

I use both hot and cold stones where appropriate for individuals. The hot stones are great for helping to relax muscles and release deep tension and knots. Cold stones can help reduce inflammation and aid the removal of toxins from the body. Using a combination of both hot and cold stones boosts circulation which in turn has many positive effects on other systems in the body.
