Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a gentle enjoyable massage using a blend of essential oils chosen for their relaxing and calming properties. Aromatherapy takes into account the whole person. When you first visit you will be asked about your health and lifestyle, so that the treatment can be tailored to suit you. A blend of essential oils will then be prepared. The massage will be relaxing and soothing.

    After an Aromatherapy Massage

    Ideally after a massage you need to give yourself time to relax and take it easy, plan to have some time to yourself doing nothing at all. Often you will feel sleepy or deeply relaxed, go with this feeling as it will help your body to gently rebalance.

    1 hour back massage £28

    1 hour aromatherapy full body massage £28

    90 minute full body massage £38.00
